Main application areas:

For the production of primers, putties and enamels. The entire line of coatings produced with the use of our pigments has high light and heat resistance, anti-corrosion properties. In addition to iron oxide, FERROCOLOR pigment contains compounds of metals such as zinc, aluminum, and manganese. FERROCOLOR pigments are highly effective due to their low density and large surface area. The alkaline nature of the pigment determines the neutralizing ability, and it can be used in a wide range of resin systems, having pronounced anticorrosive properties (corrosion inhibitor). Such pigments are resistant to alkalis and atmospheric influences. Coatings produced on the basis of pigment are applied in any way. The quality of the pigment allows the production of primers in accordance with the requirements of GOST. The degree of filling of soils based on FERROCOLOR pigments is up to 60%.

For painting construction products based on various mineral binders (silicate, gypsum, lime, etc.), the manufacture of cement-based plaster solutions, as well as synthetic plasters. Having a high pH value, it provides additional strength of construction products. The recommended application of pigment is not less than 4% of the binder weight, depending on the required intensity of staining.

In the production of polymer products (PVC pipes and profiles, PP, PE, products made of secondary polymers, polymer tiles and tiles, injury-proof coatings based on rubber chips). It does not violate mechanical properties, is resistant to alkalis and atmospheric influences. FERROCOLOR pigments have increased light and heat resistance without changing their color and properties up to a temperature of 500oC. The recommended application as a pigment is not more than 10% by weight, as a filler – up to 30% by weight.

In the production of rubber products, it is used as an active filler-modifier with reinforcing properties. Does not violate the structure, provides additional strength indicators, does not affect hysteresis losses. The recommended application of pigment is not more than 30% of the mass of the rubber mixture.
